1. Return Period
Customers have the right to return a product within 30 days of receiving it. This period starts from the day the product is delivered.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging. Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.
3. How to Request a Return

For Online Orders: Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Personal care products, such as beauty or health-related items, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
